Rethinking the visual strategy on trade marketing through a completely new operating mode calibrated on the magnetic appeal of an excellence in the papeterie sector: it was our challenge with the project entrusted to us by Moleskine.

Yu Retail has therefore fielded several complementary expertise to visual merchandising: from the analysis of the product segment to the client mistery to the brand ambassadoring, we set together with the brand the new exhibition criteria and a brand new selling ceremony, that from 2016 to today we bring to Moleskine Italian and European stores through training days and set-up days.

For Moleskine we also provide training to sales personnel: from mapping to the detection of critical issues in the Customer Relationship phase to the rework on the Selling Ceremony, Profiling, Storytelling and Roleplaying on the main Sales Techniques for Store Manager and Sales Staff of the Retail and Franchising network.
