The North Face

Our partnership with The North Face covers multiple types of services.

Regarding the Visual Merchandising field, we take care of the implementation and alignment to the guidelines on the entire Europe store network declined on various Formats (Direct, Outlet, Wholesale, Showroom and especially Retail Partner) and on various Clusters, with monthly visits and with objective of alignment and monitoring of the image TNF regarding the Push Campaign Monthly of the Brand.

In addition, we take care of the coordination and staging of the New Opening and Relocated throughout the European territory with the employment of specialized Visual Senior, resident in the various Country EU, VM and Ambassadoring support for events and campaign launches in Gold locations and in strategic periods for the Brand.

We provide the brand with a detailed and structured report for each tour with reporting, mapping of any critical points of sale and monitoring the progress of the project.

Among the various activities for The North Face we deal with both graphic and content support for Tools such as VM BIBLE and Newsletters, and coaching to the shop team about the use of company Tools for reading guidelines, reporting and reporting criticality, Visual Merchandising guidelines, monthly push campaigns and strategic VM choices declined to the format of the store (that is, our vms - which are also TNF Ambassadors - explain to the staff why the monthly exhibition choices that appear in stores).

We coordinate relations with the contact persons (Sales Management, District and Visual Merch. MGR) through proactive management and specialist knowledge of store implementation solutions and exhibition guidelines.
