Expert training in Visual Merchandising for outlet stores, with focus on aligning exhibition methods and hands-on workshops with experienced teachers.

During the Land of Fashion training project, Yu Retail experts were responsible for training for the Visual Merchandising strategy within the outlets of the outlet channel. They were responsible for the follow-up of the correct alignment of the exhibition implementation methods, which require an ad-hoc strategy on a product and a target different from direct retail.

In addition, we have provided practical and vertical VM workshops with high-level classroom interaction held by teachers with a multi-year background in the industry.
