The famous North Face brand relies on Yu Retail training experts for the development and management of relations with contact persons through proactive management and specialist knowledge of store implementation solutions and exhibition guidelines. Several steps that we followed: from the brief addressed to the EMEA team, to the monitoring of the overall performance of the project, to the detection of critical issues and the return of a structured report. Finally, we took care of coaching in the field of Visual Merchandising to the sales force present in the stores of the brand.
